Stay at the Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile
A block of rooms has been reserved for Segic Summit 2026 attendees. To get the group rate, book before October 25, 2026 and mention “Logistique Sommet Segic 2026”.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The first night, including taxes, is charged and non-refundable. Reservations made after October 25, 2026, or beyond the number of rooms in the block, are confirmed based on availability and prevailing rates.

Before the event
When and where is the Segic Summit 2026?
Thursday, November 26, 2026, at the Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile, 1155 Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal, Quebec H3A 2N3.
What does my ticket include?
Access to both training rooms and all 14 sessions, the welcome breakfast, lunch, two coffee breaks and the closing cocktail reception with appetizers.
Can I cancel my ticket or transfer it to a colleague?
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. To transfer your ticket to a colleague, please contact Lillian Beauregard (lbeauregard@segic.ca).
Can I get an invoice in my company’s name?
A receipt is emailed to you after purchase. If you need an invoice in your company’s name, please contact Lillian Beauregard (lbeauregard@segic.ca).
During the day
What time should I arrive?
Registration and breakfast start at 8:00 a.m. in the West Foyer, and the official opening is at 8:45 a.m.. Allow 10 to 15 minutes to pick up your badge.
Can I move between rooms?
Yes. Both rooms, Paloma Picasso (Strategies & Industry) and Pablo Picasso (Segic Platform), are open to all attendees, so you can build your day around your interests.
Are the sessions translated?
Yes, simultaneous French-English interpretation is provided.
I have a dietary restriction or allergy. What should I do?
You will be asked about dietary restrictions when you buy your ticket; we will pass the information on to the Sofitel so your meals can be adapted.
Is there a dress code?
Business casual attire is suggested.
Continuing education (PDUs)
How many PDUs can I earn?
The Summit qualifies for 6 PDUs recognized by the Chambre de la sécurité financière (CSF).
How do I get my certificate?
Your attendance is checked on site during the day. A certificate of attendance is then emailed to you no later than 30 days after the event. It shows your number of PDUs and states whether the organizer records them in your CSF file or whether you need to enter them yourself in your online file. Keep it: the CSF may ask for it up to 24 months after the end of your continuing education period.

Where can I park?
Several public parking lots are a few minutes’ walk away, on Peel and Stanley streets. The Peel metro station is about a 5-minute walk.

Will there be photos and videos?
Yes. By attending, you agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.
