An entrepreneur for more than 30 years, Benoit Brunel leads Tootelo, a company that he has grown from 7 to more than 150 employees across several business sectors. Recognized for his local leadership and his profoundly human approach, he is convinced that a successful organization is based above all on committed, fulfilled and well-supported teams.
Driven by this vision, he sought to develop a concrete way to help organizations better understand and measure the well-being of their teams, in order to intervene before difficulties escalate.
