I have been involved in deploying IT solutions for nearly 25 years, dedicated to boosting business productivity.
Over the years, I have gained diverse experience spanning IT implementation, team management, sales, marketing, accounting, and project management. While these paths may seem distinct, they have given me a comprehensive understanding of the various challenges and contexts businesses face.
As a frequent speaker, I most recently presented at the conference "The Impact of the Digital Age on the Accounting Profession," hosted by the HEC Executive Education center in November 2019 (back in the pre-COVID era :-)).
Finally, I contributed to the book *Gérer la performance financière de la PME – Le tableau de bord et les budgets* (Managing SME Financial Performance: Dashboards and Budgets) by Hugues Boisvert, a full professor at HEC Montréal.
This varied background enables me to better grasp the unique dynamics of different types of businesses and the challenges they encounter. I remain open to any idea that sparks my curiosity.
