Danny is a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Implementation Consultant at Komplice. A member of the Ordre des CRHA, he brings more than 15 years of experience in systems integration, payroll management, training and human resources. Over the course of his career, he has led several large-scale projects, including the development of andragogical training programs and the implementation of payroll and time management solutions. His career has also led him to intervene in mandates related to compensation, organizational development, occupational health and safety and labour relations. Passionate about continuous improvement, he supports organizations in the adoption of solutions that promote team efficiency and an optimal employee experience.
