Guillaume Lavoie is a public policy entrepreneur and associate member of the Raoul-Dandurand Chair in Strategic and Diplomatic Studies. Having lived and worked abroad for several years and visited some forty countries, he has been a consultant to the public, private and non-profit sectors, in Canada and internationally (collaborative economy, data visualization, veloconomy, international affairs).
