Trained in philosophy and clinical psychology, I am a full professor of design at the Université du Québec à Montréal, where I lead Cercle Diament, my research and innovation lab focused on design and digital mental health.
My research explores the nature of design, the impact digital technologies have on us, and how to design them more responsibly and meaningfully. I have published several books on these topics, which have been reissued and translated.
This research led to the creation of Mentallys, a company I founded and lead as President and CEO. We design and deploy a mobile app for the general public and digital solutions for organizations to help people navigate mental health care.
